Live Transfer:
The callers would have transferred the call to you have given you some information on the client. You can use any information you received to verify or start the conversation.
Make sure you write down the client's name when you receive the transfer.

Ok (Client Name), they said you are ____ years old and you live in (State), correct? And how YOUNG are you (Client Name)?  (Rapport happens on the next page, but you really want to find ways to build 10-20 seconds of rapport here.  You have to be EXCITED and DIFFERENT!)

EXAMPLES OF RAPPORT:
- Have you lived in ____ your whole life?  (Talk about how you've been there or have always wanted to go there.)
- You sure sound good to be ___!
- I hear ____ in the background, who/what is that?

(Client Name), I can get that information to you! And you are wanting the Life Insurance information on yourself, correct? (If another person like a spouse, just verify that they are present.  If it is someone like a sister, daughter, etc. that does not live with them, just agree and stick with finding THEM something.  You can always set something up to help them cover the person not living there later.)

In order to get you the correct information, I just need to know if you have any MAJOR health conditions. I will read out a few to you, and you can let me know if any of these pertain to you.

ALZHEIMERS OR DEMENTIA
ORGAN TRANSPLANT
AIDS/HIV
CURRENT CANCER
CONFINED TO A NURSING HOME OR RECEIVING HOSPICE CARE
DIALYSIS


None of those? Great!  We should be able to find something for you.  Now, do you handle your own business decisions and finances?  Perfect!  (If not, ask if the person that handles it is present.)

One last thing, I want to make sure I find you any discounts possible.  Who doesn't like discounts, right?  Do you use traditional banking, like checking/savings?  Or do you have a Direct Express card?  (If card, make sure it is not a PREPAID card, and it is actually a DE card!  Do not write prepaid cards like NetSpend, Chime, Metabank, GreenDot, etc.)
