Three Reasons:

(Name), when I speak to people that requested information like you did, it is always for one of three reasons.

1 - They do not have any insurance at all, and they want to just get some information and see if they would even qualify.

2 - They have some coverage, but with the rising costs of funerals, they know they more than likely don't have enough.  

3 - They have plenty of coverage already, but they are interested in leaving money behind to a loved one or they want to make sure the policy they have is the right kind and never changes or cancels on them.

Now which of these 3 reasons best describes your situation?

When they answer, say:

1 - I see, so you don't currently have anything in place to take care of your final expenses or burial? 
Ok no problem, I can help get you that information and see if there is a solution that makes sense!

2 - Ok, so you have a small policy, but know it will not be enough? 
Ok no problem, I can help get you that information and see if there is a solution that makes sense!

3 (a) - I see, you want to leave some money behind to a family member?  Who would that be? 
Ok no problem, I can help get you that information and see if there is a solution that makes sense!

If they said #3 because they are not sure they have the right kind that never cancels or changes, say the following:
3 (b) - I see, so you just want to make sure you have a good policy that will do what you think it is supposed to do, correct?  Ok, I can definitely help with that in just a moment.

If they have a current policy, you are going to continue through the Presentation as normal.  When you get to the quoting section, you will switch to a Replacement Script to cover this!
