Inbound/Transfer Lead Opening:
Used when no WARM Transfer, which means the caller did not introduce the client to you.
Hey, this is (Your Name) with XYZ Company. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today? Nice to meet you (Name)! And what state are you located in? Ok (State), great! I see that you were transferred over to receive information about the Final Expense plans and I can definitely take care of that for you. Were you looking for the information for your self, or you and another loved one? Ok, no problem at all! (If they mention another loved one, you will want to remember this when you move forward. If that person is not there, you will want to just keep their interest on THEM getting a policy first and then helping with the other person's policy at a later time.)
Well (Name), I will definitely be able to help you with this today.
Now, to get you the correct info, I just need to ask you a few questions (do not pause). What is your current age? And XXX-XXX-XXXX is the best phone number to reach you on? Perfect!
