By accessing our website, purchasing services, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Final Expense Services provides insurance agent training, coaching, support, education, marketing assistance, and related business development services. We do not guarantee any specific level of production, income, commissions, appointments, or business results.

Individual results vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, licensing status, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Subscription Billing

Certain services, including the Agent Success Program, are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By enrolling, you authorize Final Expense Services to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions remain active until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to support@finalexpenseservices.com.

To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests received after a billing date may take effect on the next billing cycle.

Access to subscription benefits will continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees, coaching fees, training fees, setup fees, and service fees are non-refundable.

No full refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be provided for unused services, unused time, missed calls, missed training sessions, or partial billing periods.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Payment Authorization

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a payment is declined, rejected, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Final Expense Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services until payment issues are resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, scripts, recordings, documents, presentations, videos, coaching materials, and related content remain the property of Final Expense Services.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, shared, reproduced, or republished without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Expense Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, training, coaching, or subscription programs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms, abuse of staff, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or misuse of services.

9. Modifications

Final Expense Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective upon posting.
