Q: Which leads will I start with as a Free Lead Agent?
A: Our goal is to get an agent on fresh FB leads and Preset Appointments very quickly.  We normally load the agent up with some Direct Mail leads initially to allow them to make some dials.  We want to make sure you can work the dialer, understand dispositions, request Whisper Mode for us to help you close and underwrite, etc.  Once you work these leads and make sales, we get you switched to fresh FB and appointments.  I have turned on agent's fresh leads after their first day of dialing several times.  It all comes down to how well you learn the process and how good you sound on the phone.

Q: Can I change to the ELITE Program after starting?
A: Absolutely!  You can change programs whenever you want!

Q: Do I have to attend the morning calls as a Free Lead Agent?
A: Yes, you need to attend the morning calls.  We understand things come up sometimes, but you need to join most mornings!

Q: Am I able to sell other products besides FE?
A: Yes!  We specialize in FE, and the leads will put you on the phone with FE clients, but in the rare situations where you may need another product, you are free to use that.

Q: Can I write friends and family to get started?
A: No!  That is the number one cause of debt rolls to IMOs.  We want to see you follow a SYSTEM and be able to close leads/appointments.  Once you are able to do that consistently, then of course you can write up "controlled" business here and there when it presents itself.
